Safety Histogram does not render in CAT with v1.11.0-dev

When using CAT Safety Histogram does not render with the latest version of Webcharts. To reproduce:

  1. Select safety-histogram in the library drop-down
  2. Click "More Options"
  3. Type v1.11.0-dev into the Webcharts Version field
  4. Click "Render Chart"

You will see that an error displays at the top of the chart stating "ReferenceError: select is not defined."
