I borrowed and turned it into a tempermonkey script, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
Since this script is intended for my personal use,
it executes not only on

but also
https://dl-acm-org.proxy.queensu.ca/doi/*.
You might want to do something similar.
