Swtich to proj references: iInvalidProjectFileException: The SDK 'Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Web' specified could not be found

Hi,
When i try to use the switch to proj references i get the following error:
Microsoft.Build.Exceptions.InvalidProjectFileException: The SDK Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Web' specified could not be found
Any idea how to solve this?
