ADB root not working

If I enable ADB root and reboot I still get the can't run in production builds message
I have the file enable_adb_root at /data/ADB/Sui and have rebooted
ADB isn't statically linked I checked using ldd
Logcat of me running ADB root
With ADB log level at debug
logcat.txt
Are there any other logs you want me to collect
How do I collect the logs from sui?
