Some [probably] display issues

Programs setup like this :

And problems are :

1. A display problem with stations displayed in green, "clocks" not running and stations being long off
2. The showed gap in run times
3. Station 10 has no schedule, despite being programmed to run with "Program 02"

Forgot to mention -- this is on branch refactor

I know, but this could indicate a problem in the scheduler (because the GUI
almost directly uses it output). And I still want to get the refactor back
into master asap because it is getting very outdated.
