UnicodeDecodeError in db

Hello Rimco,
I have error (UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can not decode byte xx in position 1: ordinal not in range (128) if i save in the options:
field: System name or Wunderground API key. a-z 0-9 is OK but ěščřžýáíé has error.
options.db now crash and options in web has server error.
Is posible fix it - please?
PS: in my OSPy version i have new functions in options - check it and use in OSPy?: https://github.com/martinpihrt/OSPy

Hi Martin,
I know unicode support is not easy, but I think Dan worked on it.
To restore your system, you could also check options.bak, which is a backup of the last working version.
Still too busy to actually work much on OSPy;)

I know restore system, but this is big fault for all OSPy user. Thank you in advance if you ever deal with it.
I have solved it so far, but I a bad programmer. martinpihrt@1492710
it's interesting to have any character in the station name. This error applies only in settings (ospy options via web page) in stations label is label all ready OK.
