Not working on newer IDE - eval only with account

Since a while, all IDE from Jetbrains work in evaluation mode only with an account at JetBrain.
Therefore any eval resetting wont work, unfortunately 😢

Yes, the 2021.3 is the last one without need of account, but it's already a bit too old now. PHP is at 8.3 at the moment.
But with each major update (actual versions) you can reactivate the month of trial if you install it not in PhpStorm, but by download and if this wouldn't help, you can delete all settings in the Jetbrains config folder and create a new account.
And after all, the license is not that expensive ;)
