Improving Contrast on hover

Currently, there is no contrast on hover on list items.

Hi, @Deepakmukka1 thanks for showing interest in caucus,
You need to download and set up cacus server, if you have any other problem setting the project up, you can dm me on discord (rishabh.malhotra#4193) and I can call you and walk you through setting it up, besides that, i'll update the installation.md file as its been deprecated and is no longer valid
