Make tweet post text char limit configurable for premium x users

Kudos for coming up with this repo.
Currently there's a 280 tweet char limit by default for all the accounts. Can you please make the limit configurable so that premium users can configure the limit while initialising the instance.

I think an optional flag called premiuim of type boolean would suffice. If premium is false, the limit will be set to 280, else, it will be set to 25000.
What do you think?
