J button not working on version 65

with the last update of Anki, the J button to show red clozes does not work.
although, N works without problem and also SHIFT + J and SHIFT + N also work without any problems. This was also occurring on version 54 of Anki. any help or tips?

EDIT: I am using an M2 MacBook Pro on Anki Version ⁨2.1.65 (aa9a734f)⁩ using the apple silicon processor version for Anki

You can change the shortcut to something else by editing the configuration options at the top of the card template. See the Configuration section on the add-ons AnkiWeb page: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1990296174.
