[TODO]: Create a FAB that expands into a sheet

Currently, the FAB (ALFloatingActionButton) uses a normal FloatingActionButton. However, we need a FAB that can expand into a sheet like below:

The options that should be shown are:

  • "New Project"
  • "Open Project" or "Import"
  • "Get from VCS"

This issue is no longer required as of right now because of changes to design.
