@philipbaileynar is this actually just the proper file association with anything that is a node from a geopackage? On old issues like this, we need to:
- Reassign a parent issue in right place (e.g. RiverscapesXML)
Have tasks as appropriate for changes to: - QRAVE
- ArcRAVE
- WebRAVE

clicking "Browse Folder" on layer stored in a GeoPackage now does the logical thing and opens Windows Explorer with the folder containing the GeoPackage.
