Update VBET v2 business logic

VBET is now being tested with update project.rs.xml, so the V2 business logic needs updated to match the V1.

Moreover, both V1 and V2 (V2 is priority) should be updated to reflect the post 0.9 changes @jtgilbert made. We no longer have TWI (I'm inclined not to expose it because it will confuse people... I know we left it in there for now as we might use it for something else later). We have some new and renamed stuff. We need to make sure ALL the VBET IGO and some of the DGO metrics are exposed and symbolized.

@joewheaton V1 was updated a couple weeks ago to reflect those changes (ex. removal of TWI). I will work on getting V2 to the same place and should have a pull request to @jtgilbert by Monday EOD.
