Region - 2-Digit HUC Layer not working for RS Context project in QRV

I was working in v.1.4.2 this RS Context project in QRV, hoping to use the 2-Digit HUC boundary for query and a figure. When I tried to add it, it didn't appear. The other watershed boundaries are coming in fine.

Still some problems with HUC boundaries in v.1.5.3

When added to the project in Web Viewer:

  1. 2-digit HUCs still don't show up
  2. 4-digit and 6-digit HUCs show up, but with the wrong geometry

Note: 8-digit, 10-digit, and 12-digit HUC boundaries come in fine (show up, correct geometry).
