Symbology for Riparian Departure Layer in RME Project Type

Description and/or Explanation of Need

The negligible category is overlapping. Showing 2 categories for the same point.

Heres negligble turned on.

And turned off.
I believe its an issue with the rule based symbology. the phrase or ("anthro_Igo_land_use_intense"=0) would include all other categories as negligible despite their riparian departure if their land use intensity is 0.

• Author symbology files for WebRAVE and provide link in commit to webRAVE of project it can be tested on
• Make pull request for just WebRAVE changes. Choose appropriate reviewer(s)
• Author or Update any project type documentation
• Update or Add Project Views to Reflect Changes (if necc.)
• After pull request(s) merged, test in updated qRAVE
• After pull request(s) merged, test in updated ArcRAVE
• After pull request(s) merged, test in updated WebRAVE
