Just occurred to me that BRAT uses DivDASqKm for the hydro equations instead of TotDA because of side channels and canals and stuff and I dont think that got tagged onto the network_intersected yet

@jtgilbert did this get tackled when you reintroduced the intersected hydro derivatives?
