question for iteration

I want to know the training iteration of pretrained model which is trained by VOC 07 + 12 ( which has 70.9% mAP ).

I have a question for training peleeNet model.

Does the inference time take less than the training time?

Training time is longer than other models that I have, but there is a phenomenon that takes less inference time.
I would like to know if peleeNet's structure takes a lot of time for back propagation.
