question about merge bn?

first, i use voc/train.prototxt with my own dataset to train a caffemodel
second ,i use merge_bn.py to merge caffemodel and voc/deploy.prototxt
so, i got a different results between merge bn before and after
Can you give me some advice？ or provide your merge bn file?
