run-kata-perf-suite: enable capturing Prometheus snapshot encompassing entire run

At present Clusterbuster can create a Prometheus snapshot for each job run, but not for an entire run. A single snapshot would be bigger, and it would be more difficult to determine which job lines up with the metrics, but would be more efficient and less disruptive to the cluster.
