having some graphical bugs, not sure why

The coin textures are all buggy like the screenshots show, including the 4 starting talents which are missing textures. Also missing the effects from my game. Im currently running the Craft of Exile modpack. All I have done from editing the modpack is remove lithium and add optifine and optifabric which shouldnt be incompatable? Im running the fabric version on 1.16.5 (latest fabric). Thanks for any help. screenshot 1 Screenshot 2 Screenshot 3 Screenshot 4 Screenshot 5 I do infact have more screenshots if required. The custom effects such as mana shield dont even pop up in top right with anything, as if they dont exist.
