[Feature request] Allow truncating tables before running fixtures

I would like to be able to give the tables a clean slate before running fixtures
I think a -t --truncate option would be a very nice addition in the CLI
If you are interested, I might be able to dedicate some time on this, but I'm not sure where to get started though
