Bug: RTFaceLogin not remembering enrollment on tablet 798

2022-10-06 meeting 2 with Kathi Kuehr: Kids enrolled on tablet 6111001798 but FaceLogin didn't list them when they tried to log in.
As of 10/8/2022, 6111001798 last uploaded logs on 9/26/2022, but they were from 8/18/2022, i.e. pre-Bagamoyo:
- PERF_RTFaceLogin__1.7.5.6_000006_2022.08.18.11.45.02_6111001798.json
-- but I thought only RoboTutor writes PERF_ logs, not RTFaceLogin! - RTFaceLogin__1.7.5.6_000006_2022.08.18.11.45.02_6111001798.json
