Create Goggles adds empty tags to items

Create Goggles adds an empty tag to new items (crafted or added) which does not allow you to make items stackable once placed and destroyed (as they lose the tag). Video of the bug it causes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFPec4cwwPk
In the attached image: the first command shows an item created with the active mod. The second command shows an item created before activating the mod (or in any case before some update that created this problem)
