Can not upload to Arduino/Genuino 101 in mac

I try to upload "BLink" to Arduino/Genuino 101 in mac , but it throw the message everytime:
"Flashing is taking longer than expected
Try pressing MASTER_RESET button
ERROR: Timed out waiting for Arduino 101 on /dev/cu.usbmodem1441
[Upload/Backup done.]".
And if i try to press MASTER button, the serial port will be changed to default.(arduino IDE not change and it will reupload after press master button).
Can you help to check it?
