Arduino "Freezes" after uploading

When using Stino to program an arduino (i've tested with an UNO and a Nano) the program works fine but next time it wont upload. Neither with Sublime nor the Arduino IDE. To be able to upload a new sketch, I have to first reflash the bootloader using another Arduino.
I have tried on two computers as well, my laptop in april sometime and now on my other PC
Help!?
