Collection Content button does not extend all the way across the screen for tablets

Describe the bug

The Collection Content button does not extend all the way across the screen for tablets.

To reproduce

Look at a page of records in tablet width.

Expected behavior

The button should extend all the way across the page (I think). Check back on original mockups to make sure there's not something else going on.
