Describe the bug
Users are unable to request/email records when on mobile. They are consistently getting the error message indicating that the Request Broker is down, even when the Request Broker is available.
Additional context
It seems like the ternary passed into MyListDropdown is only being evaluated once, probably because it's being passed into another component and/or into a map array? Unclear. This is NOT happening with the MyListExportActions component.
