Discourage users from using email feature to send unsolicited emails

We've gotten a number of emails sent to archive@rockarch.org directly from DIMES, with requests for information, etc. Because whoever sent these emails did not include their email address or name there is no way for us to respond to them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Messages that come directly to archive@rockarch.org from DIMES should contain enough information so that archivists can respond to messages.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Add validation to block users from sending emails to archive@rockarch.org
• Add additional required fields for name and email, and then include those in the message that is delivered from DIMES
• Add a message at the top of the form asking users to include their name and email if they are sending the message to our general inbox

Additional context

We'll need to make sure that any additional text we add gets translated.
