Archivematica allows both titlecased and lowercased rights bases. Fornax enforces titlecased rights bases.

Allow upper and lowercase rights in Fornax.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Change RAC schemas to title case. This was not chosen because the requirement for capitalizing rights bases is specifically an Archivematica requirement (and may be a bug). The values listed in the PREMIS rightsBasis definition are also lowercase.
