Completed transfers/ingests are not cleared from archivematica-zodiac pipeline dashboard

Describe the bug

Completed transfers and ingests are still visible on the archivematica-zodiac pipeline dashboard. The "Remove Completed Transfers" and "Remove Completed Ingests" services are active and are not throwing any errors.

Expected behavior

Transfers and ingests should be removed from the dashboard once completed.
