Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The system currently produces logs via structlog as well as returning responses via HTTP. This is an artifact of an earlier iteration of the Zodiac ecosystem in which a messaging queue did not exist.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove structlog logging and all dependencies.
