[BUG] Can't edit attachment description

Description:

Users can edit messages but are unable to edit attachment descriptions.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up Embedded Chat.
  2. Send an attachment with/without a description.
  3. Try to edit that attachment.

Expected behavior:

Users must be able to edit attachment descriptions.

Actual behavior:

Users are unable to edit attachment descriptions.
