Livechat Offline Success Message not showing

Description:

After a user submits an offline message in the live chat, the success prompt has no text. This occurs regardless of whether Livechat_offline_success_message is set.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Setup omnichannel livechat with offline messages enabled
  2. Load the livechat on a page
  3. Open the livechat with no agents online and submit an offline message
  4. See empty/missing success message

Expected behavior:

There to be some sort of success message, or the specific value of Livechat_offline_success_message if set.

I'm suspecting its an i18n issue, based on the [Object object] in the rendered HTML.

Server Setup Information:

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.7
  • Operating System: NixOS
  • Deployment Method: docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1

Client Setup Information

  • Desktop App or Browser Version: Firefox 124.0.2, Safari 16.6
  • Operating System: MacOS Ventura
