Notify on reaction to a message

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Rocket.Chat doesn't notify at all when someone reacts to your message. However, reactions like a thumbs-up can be just as important as replaying Yes or No to a question. And many of my colleagues use them like this. I only randomly notice it later when I go and check the conversation.

I would like for reactions to my messages to mark the conversation as unread, just as if someone sent me a message.

That is a valid point and i am also expecting this in one of future updates
