Save brushes and materials used within Paint Projects file

Feature/enhancement description:
It would be great if Paint Projects saved the brushes and materials used within the project, especially on each layer. I have several old projects that I want to recreate or use as a template but only change a few parameters, but any and all nodes used in those projects is gone.
