Poor contrast makes text difficult to read

Issue description:
When adding a new node with default Material Maker theme, some of the text is almost impossible to read due to being blue on a blue background:

This makes life very difficult especially for the visually impaired.

Steps to reproduce:
Right click - type 'noise'.
