shortcuts being buggy

whenever i start the program or new project all the shortcuts stops working and i have to manually click them in the top drawers once to make them work.

using version 1.3 on windows 10

I have the same issue with v1.3 on PopOS. Undo/Redo keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-Z, Shift-Ctrl-Z) - don't work most of the time. Sometimes they randomly start working for a little bit, but soon stop again. Clicking Undo/Redo manually in Edit menu always works as expected.
