This is irrelevant to the proposal about 4600 itself, but it's an idea related to the syntax from @fonsp originally, in ES6 style I think you can not only use a path but also a URL, this feature is available in quite a few languages. Since we have created this package, this is a good place to experiment with this feature at some point.

It does seems like a natural extension. I'm in favour of this.
