Audio Volume Lower

Hi there,

I am using sound flower to rout between two audio DAW recording softwares. I am creating music in FL Studio 20 and using sound flower as an output and then in Ableton Live 10 using soundlfower as an input. I am getting audio to pass through ok but the audio level from FL Studio is very low going into Ableton comparatively if I was just using FL Studio on its own outputting to the built in output. Any help would be appreciated

I'm having the same problem with Pro Tools and Max. I'm using Soundflower to bus audio from Pro Tools to Max, process then bus back to Pro Tools.

Just sending a -20dB 1KHz since wave through soundflower comes out in Max at -37.86, a 17.68dB reduction. And a similar reduction after processing in Max to Pro Tools.

Is Soundflower converting to 16Bit, or scaling the gain somehow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
