Chronicles of Darkness Sheets Small-Framed Adds Health instead of subtracting

As I said in the title, it seems that on the Chronicles of Darkness sheets, checking Small-Framed ADDS an extra health instead of subtracting one. Even if you reduce the size of the character manually to 4, you then have the health of a size 5 character.
