Doesn't produce Friday on Friday

Clearly this horrible bug needs to be fixed fast to prevent the potential loss of Friday links!
Without fixing this, our most cherished tradition of honouring Ms. Black every frīġedæġ might be lost to time!

@salathe Yes, it is terrible that this has not yet been rectified.
I suppose will will fork out 5 of my high quality, hard-earned dollars to stupid Google so I can post stupid extensions to the stupid webstore so we can make these things available without an insane install process and fix stuff.
But I won't be happy about it.
