Banjo Kazooie TOOTY ADVENTURE crashes on start

I know this is a romhack but i want to know if anyone can check why the patched rom won't start.

The hack seems to have been only tested on PJ64 and Mupen64Plus-Next.

Neither patch file works, regardless of the plugin or selected R4300 emulator (Recompiler/Interpreter). Whatever the issue exactly is, it's probably upstream mupen64plus-core unable to handle it.
