When an admin checks artifacts on this pagehttps://kanbanboard.dev/admin/filter and sumbit. cards should be created in the database with a category ID of 1 and a swimlane of NULL

redirects to some strange page after pressing submit. you're able to add one artifact several times. fix these then it's approved
