BUG: Clicking and dragging on portal near side edge of screen causes snap prompt to appear, requiring restart

Describe the bug
If you set a portal to the edge of the screen and then click and drag it while it's locked, the windows snap blur appears, however, after releasing the mouse button, the prompt doesn't go away and stays there until portals is restarted.
To Reproduce
- Create a portal and place it on either the left or right side of the screen
- Lock the portal
- attempt to click and drag it
- The windows snap blur should appear, but not disappear when the mouse button is released
Expected behavior
The windows snap blur shouldn't be appearing
