I've created a Pseudo-Random resource allocation system that can be disabled through the game rules. It also controls distribution of static modifiers such as climatic modifiers to provinces.

Some provinces have also been assigned permanent modifiers based on starting conditions (such as scorched, volcanic). All of Essos, for example, has been assigned an Arid modifier. If there are any other suggested modifiers they can not only be introduced, by distributed across the world either on a province by province basis, title basis or in such a way so that entire regions are affected.

Some resources have also been manually assigned to provinces due to the presence of specific resources in the lore. If there are any further suggestions, they would be appreciated!

If there are any possible resource types that should be added, suggestions are also welcome so long as the resource in question is produced in large enough quantities to justify it's addition (or would be widespread enough to encompass many provinces).

Updated this issue, as the resource allocation system has since been overhauled since its last update. Suggestions, feedback and all that would be appreciated.

Also please mind that resource-specific buildings will be added down the line for exploitation of said resources.
