Missing hfp_duel_events

The Holy Fury duel system is not present. Unclear what alternative is being used, if any, in place of this?

Been getting odd reports here and there concerning it.

@TitanRogue noticed you removed the hfp_duel_events Jul last year - do you remember off-hand why this was the case? If not we can look at re-integrating the duel events.

Not closing out yet, but re-added for the time being as this has got multiple complaints from users. Original commit removing did not describe any details as to why, and because of how long ago if there was a discussion I've sadly forgotten.

Please let me know if we see any issues!
