Of this there are two proposed events:
A rare event chain introducing the Azor Ahai for characters of Rhllor faith with high piety and faith (non-cynical etc) and a possible bloodline if they are successful in carving out a realm.
May also fire as a mini-invasion, spawning a small force backing a zealot - which can carve out a realm.
