Missing trade tokens and mega lighting chest

0972fd9 renames chest-gold.png to chest-golden.png but the player chests endpoint still returns the chest name as gold so this change is technically not backwards compatible. Was this rename necessary?

Can rename it back if you like. Or keep both

Easiest to rename it back unless there's a compelling reason to change it. That way the player chests endpoint won't also have to change, which is also not backwards compatible.
