How I tested it:
- Download latest version of Simply optimized for 1.20.4
- Add latest version of inventorio (as of may 12)
- In Survival, put the crafting recipe for a torch in 2d grid
- Press f (or key for offhand) while hovering over the result
This might be very similiar to crafting glitch in first 1.21 snapshot
