I am using money-rails 1.15.0
I still get

[DEPRECATION] You are using the default localization behaviour that will change in the next major release. Find out more - https://github.com/RubyMoney/money#deprecation

There is an issue - RubyMoney/money#837
and there is PR - #570 that says it should fix this as of 1.13.0

What am I missing? It should have been fixed with 1.13.0?
